Peter joined the Practice in September 2002 as Assistant Project Manager, following the completion of his studies at Portsmouth University, where he specialised in Land Management. From October 2002 until May 2005, Peter undertook his Masters Degree in Town and Country Planning (sponsored by Charles Planning Associates) at Reading University. Peter was promoted to Planner in November 2006.

Prior to joining Charles Planning Associates, Peter worked in the Forward Planning Division at Havant Borough Council, at Portsmouth City Council as a Property Assistant and at East Hampshire District Council as a Technical Assistant in the Development Control Division.

Peter undertakes a wide variety of projects within the Practice and has a keen interest in Urban Design. He achieved Membership to the Royal Town Planning Institute in July 2006.
