Amanda is the Managing Director at Charles Planning Associates Limited. She holds a Degree and Diploma in Town and Country Planning (University of the West of England) and is a Corporate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (elected 1999).

Amanda's work with Charles Planning Associates Limited has included: appearing as Expert Witness at EiPs, Local Plan Inquiries and S78 Inquiries; preparing planning applications covering a wide range of topics including, housing, employment and leisure; preparing representations on emerging development plans; and reporting on development potential of land. Amanda also specialises in sport and recreation, including PPG17 Open Space and Playing Pitch assessments.
