Promotion of 2 greenfield sites in the village of Yaxley, on behalf of Swan Hill
Homes Limited.
The sites (land north of Manor Farm and north of The Broadway) were non-allocated competing sites, successfully promoted through the Local Plan Alteration process.
Planning permission was granted for 161 dwellings on the land north of Manor Farm
in 2004 and on the land north of the Broadway for 191 dwellings in 2005.
Both sites were developed in the 'Urban Village' style and
achieved densities in accordance with PPG3.
