A development of a 3.2ha greenfield site to provide 95 dwellings (including 30% affordable housing) situated on the edge of the village of Enham Alamein, North of Andover in Hampshire.
The proposals for a greenfield site outside the Settlement Policy Boundary for the
village were a departure from the adopted Development Plan but were
allowed as the proceeds from the sale of the land would pass to the
Enham Trust, a charitable organisation set up in 1918, to assist in
their work in providing housing, training and employment for
physically
disabled people
