Promotion of a major 200ha greenfield site on behalf of Croudace Homes Limited to accommodate a comprehensive residential development of up to 4,000 dwellings as a sustainable urban extension to Daventry town.
The promotion of the site seeks to provide a sustainable urban extension as part of the 'delivery' of the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister's Sustainable Communities Plan growth areas. The development will form a significant part of 10,800 dwellings planned for Daventry as part of the Milton Keynes and South Midlands Sub-Regional Strategy, which in turn forms part of the Regional Strategy for the area.
