Planning permission and Conservation Area consents were granted in 2001 and work commenced on site in 2003.
Work on Contemporis South is complete, work on Contemporis North is currently
underway (2005).
The project represents a high quality redevelopment of an
important brownfield site, in a very sensitive location.
It is surrounded by Georgian squares and Victorian villas,
many of which are Listed Buildings.
